Terms of use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms apply to the Frekva apps and the website frekva.com, offered by Qubit10, Dragoslav Kovacevic ("we").

What Frekva is

Frekva is a free directory of radio stations. It links to each station's own public stream; the audio comes directly from the station. We do not host, relay or record any broadcast. You need no account.

Listening to stations in Frekva is free and will stay free. To cover our costs, we may later introduce ads or optional paid extras; we will announce such a change here before it takes effect.

Frekva is an open aggregator: anyone can suggest a station, and we list every station whose public stream works, until the station asks us to remove it. We do not choose stations by their programme, put together a programme of our own or broadcast anything; more countries follow over time.

Stations and their content

Fair use

Frekva is for your personal listening. Please do not attack or overload our servers, copy the station list in bulk into another service, or pretend to be us or a station.

Streaming uses mobile data (about 58 MB per hour at 128 kbit/s); check your plan, especially when roaming.

Rights holders

If you believe that a station or anything in Frekva infringes your rights, use our notice form or write to hello@frekva.com.

Liability

Frekva is free and provided as it is. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow a limitation. Otherwise we are not liable for the content or availability of stations or for the cost of mobile data.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the date of the current version is shown at the top. German law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
